Dear Valued Partner
April has been a powerful month of transformation, healing, and hope—both in Tanzania and right here in Spain. From welcoming rescued children into safety to restoring dignity through a warm shower and a fresh haircut for our homeless friends on the streets, the impact of your support continues to ripple far and wide.
To our incredible supporters—thank you. Your monthly giving is the heartbeat of our mission. Because of you, children are finding their voices, families are being restored, and those experiencing homelessness are reminded that they matter and are not forgotten.
If you haven’t yet joined us as a monthly partner, we warmly invite you to consider it. Just €25 a month can help us provide life-changing care—whether that’s food and education for a child in Tanzania or a hot shower and hygiene kit for someone living on the streets in Spain. Together, we can keep hope alive and restore dignity—every single day.
Blessings,
The Collective Calling Team
SPAIN: DIGNITY IN ACTION – MOBILE SHOWER OUTREACH
In partnership with Chill Hair Studio and Ángeles de la Noche, our Mobile Shower Unit didn’t just offer hygiene this month—it brought transformation.
Dozens of our homeless friends in Fuengirola received more than a hot shower—they received a moment of care, respect, and personal dignity. Volunteer hairdressers offered free haircuts, and warm meals were served with love.
TANZANIA: FAMILY EMPOWERMENT IN ACTION
We provided practical support to three families, including one mother battling epilepsy and HIV. Another family of six was newly identified in Mwilamvya, helping us begin tailored support to change their circumstances.

One of the most moving stories was of Maria Mkuku, a Burundian girl rescued off the streets. Now safely living at the Centre of Hope, Maria has started school for the first time—something her mother thought would never be possible.
EMOTIONAL & SPIRITUAL SUPPORT
Counselling remains a cornerstone of our care:
Group sessions for 35 children at the Centre of Hope
9 children in the community
2 family counselling sessions and 1 individual session

We addressed anxiety, academic struggles, and created safer home environments for reunification. We also continued providing spiritual mentoring, helping children grow in faith and hope.
TEMPORARY SHELTER FOR REFUGEE CHILDREN
We offered shelter, food, and hygiene support to 13 immigrant children from Burundi and the Congo. Many arrive fleeing violence, trafficking, and extreme poverty. Our Centre continues to serve as a safe haven during crisis.

MONITORING & MILESTONES
This month:
3 families reached key stability milestones
11 children progressed toward education and reintegration
35 children continue receiving full-time care
13 children received emergency shelter
New families are also being identified, including Cleodia, a mother of five living in temporary shelter. One of her sons, injured in a motorbike accident, needs urgent medical help, and we are exploring how to assist them further.
